Order Management
Control the flow of your kitchen
The heart of your dashboard is where you control customer flow. Use the "Call" page to manage active orders in real-time.
Calling Orders
Enter an order number on the number pad and click "Call". The number is instantly displayed and read out loud on all connected Calling Machines.
Clearing Orders
Once a customer has collected their order, click "Clear" or "Dismiss" to remove it from the display and keep your queue fresh.
Display Management
Design your customer experience
Customize what your customers see in real-time. Each Calling Machine can be uniquely configured to match its location.
Upload mouth-watering food photos or promotional videos to display when no orders are being called.
