How do I verify my email?

How do I enable 2FA?

To enhance your account security, you can enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your Profile Settings. Once enabled, you'll need to enter a code from an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) each time you log in.

What is the difference between the monthly and annual plans?

In short — nothing! Both plans provide the same software, hardware, and service. The annual plan provides better value for businesses.

What is The Calling Machine?

The Calling Machine is a device that allows you to turn your TV into an order calling screen (audio & visual). You can upload images and videos to play on the screen while orders are being called.

Can I bring my own display devices?

Not yet — we are working on allowing the Calling Machine software to be installed on your own display devices.
