Linking Your Devices

Turn any tablet or smartphone into a powerful kitchen controller.

Why link a device?

Linking a tablet or phone allows your staff to call and manage orders away from a fixed computer. It's designed for the fast-paced environment of kitchens and serving counters.

Open the call-pad

On your tablet or phone's web browser, navigate to:

https://calling.weibeau.com/call

If the device is already added to another store, press "Sign Out" via the menu in the top-right corner.

Make note of the 6-digit code displayed on the screen.

Sign In to the admin dashboard

Log in using your administrator or staff credentials

Press "Manage" on your store card.

In the "Devices" section, click on "Add Device".

Enter the 6-digit code from step 1.

Optionally, give it a name like "Kitchen Tablet".

Click "Add Device" to save.

Ready to use! The device is now linked to your store.

Ready to "Call"

Simply tap the order number on the call-pad to "Call" it — the number will be instantly displayed and read out on your store's TV displays.

Scaling up?

You can link as many devices as you need to your store. Each device becomes a fully functional controller for your store's displays.

Pro Tip

Add the The Calling App URL to your tablet's home screen for one-tap access, just like a native app.
