Calling Machine Setup Guide

Follow these simple steps to get your store display up and running in minutes.

Power Up & Connect

Plug your Calling Machine into your TV using the provided HDMI cable.

Connect the power cable and ensure the device is switched on.

Change the input source on your TV to the corresponding HDMI port.

Connect to the Internet

Use the on-screen Android settings to connect to your network:

Wi-Fi

Search for your network and enter the password. We recommend a strong 5GHz signal.

Ethernet

Simply plug in an Ethernet cable for the most reliable, "always-on" connection.

Ethernet is highly recommended for busy kitchen environments to prevent interference.

Link to Your Store

Enter your unique Store ID in the input field on your TV and press Connect.

Where to find your ID

Your Store ID is available at the top of your Admin Dashboard after you log in at calling.weibeau.com/dashboard.

Success! Your TV will now display your live order board.

Troubleshooting

It can't connect to the store

Ensure your device has an active internet connection.

The display isn't updating in real-time

Check if your Wi-Fi is stable.

Nothing happens when I press a number

Ensure your device has an active internet connection and check that the device is connected to the right store.

The display shows "Store not found"

Check if your store ID is correct.

The TV screen is black

Ensure your TV is powered on and the input source is set to the correct HDMI port. Test the system by calling a number from a connected device
